A BRILLIANT PIECE, BREATHTAKINGLY PERFORMED AT THE DONAUESCHINGEN FESTIVAL. WISH WE COULD HAVE HEARD IT BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS AVAILABLE. AND CONGRATULATIONS TO BEN JOHNSTON FOR HIS WONDER FILLED WORK! THE KEPLER STRING QUARTET CD IS ANOTHER MARVELOUSLY PERFORMED WORK OF JOHNSTON’S.
IT’S ABOUT TIME THAT THIS WORK IS BEING SO APPRECIATED.

OMG, I had Ben Jonston for a counterpoint class at U of I … uh, forty years ago. This puts me in a time machine!
